By Telegraph.—Press Association Found Drowned Invkrcargill, this day The body of J. Abley, ft seaman, who left the Tokomaru at the Bluff, has been found in the harbour. He ,was last seen walking dowi] the wharf on the evening of the7th, and is supposed,to have accidentally fallen in.

The Bench 1 pointed ont that the maximum penalty was £SO, but this being the first case of tLe kind in tho district, and a -heavy penalty not baing asked for, they jjwould inflict a fine of £5, with costs £'i 3s.
