Tho Paris correspondent of the Standard reports that a wireless messago intercepted from tho Russian (loot, and which has come into tho British Govormeiu's possession, has a grave bearing on tho North Sea incident, and will probably bo submitted to the Commission.
MORE BUGSIAN WITNESSES Press Association.—Copyright. London, December 23 Admiral Roshdestvenski has sont to Paris three of the Dmitri Dovskoi's officers, and also Lieut. Valrond, of the transport Kamstchatka, as witnesses at the Commission. Liout, Valroud is tho bearer of Admiral Roshdestvenski's second very circumstantial report. Valroul declares that ho personally saw two groy torpodoors, and is certain they were not Russian.
