Infuriated Crowd Snowball a Minister Press Association.—Copyright. ' Buda Pesth, Nov, 21 M. Tisha, in submitting the surplus motion, induced the Diet to empower tho President to olose obstructed debates. Tho Opposition factions were furious, and coalesced, representing 160 out of 400, and M. Apponyi, as loader, memorialised the Emporor to romovo M. Tisza for unconstitutional conduct. The crowd snowballed M. Tisza on leaving the Diet, and stoned his windows. Fifty arrests wero mado.
