MiCHBAL Folky, an army ponsionor who was arrested in the evening as tho outcomo of a drunken brawl, died in the hospital last night. John Kilmarten, who had been drinking with Foloy, was arrest* edonachargo of assault, The two men had been drinking together, and in n scufilo with Kilinat'ton or someone else, Foley foil and sustained tho injuries, Latbu In connection with the death of Michael Foloy, his companion, John Kilmartin, was chargod at the Magiatate's Court tnis morning with manslaughter, and remanded.
