At the inquiry into tho Collingwood fire tho jury found that thoie was no eri* dence to show how the fire started, but added the followiug rider: •' That tho occurrence showed carelessness by the Collingwood reeideni.', as it seoms there was no doub: that a small but regular supply of water would havo put tho fire out when first discovered."
