On the other side it was omphatioally denied thai thoro had boon any waut of opennesss. Tho women forming the ordor had themselves naked for the" constitution, which had boon considerably modified oytho Chapter. Tho Bishop said he regretted that senaiater motives bad boon attributed to the Chaptor aud ho would not allow it to be said of him that ho had sided with ono nohool of thought, Ho was not going to administer life vows m a sistsrhood.
