At the Police Court this morning, before Messrs, Max D, King and J. E. Slevin, J.P s, a chargo and counter cbargo of assault between Samnel Tanner and I. E, Nansett was heard. The trouble arose over a trado dispute, After hearing a large amount of evidence the Bench dismissed both charges, stating that they found the ovidencs too conflicting to convict either party upon.
