At the Police Court this morning, before Messrs, Max D, King and J. E. Slevin, J.P s, a chargo and counter cbargo of assault between Samnel Tanner and I. E, Nansett was heard. The trouble arose over a trado dispute, After hearing a large amount of evidence the Bench dismissed both charges, stating that they found the ovidencs too conflicting to convict either party upon. Each sido was ordered to pay their own costs Mr. Mueller appeared for Tanner and Mt. Jackson for Nansett.
