Htdniy, thin dw, The Arbitration Court has decided tliaj persons leasing chairs in hairdressing saloons are not bona fi<?o oinployers, and that as no relations between the employer and employee existed, thoso from whom the chairs were leased could allow work to bo bono on their premises on the weekly halMioliday, The President, in giving his decision, said that the Court would be gravely departing from its duty if, for tho purposo of upholding its provious award, it wrostod tho law so as to invade the common hw rights of citizens. To do that would be infinitely more disastrous than tho loss of tho award, although it was the outcome of au agreement upon which much time and thought had been given. The Union sts aro gravely concernei at the decision, and the secretary of the Employer's Union declares it may moan tho bursting up of tho union,
