Tuk Auckland University College Council has resolved to ask Government lor £7OOO to establish a School of Minos, and £ISOO per annum to keep it up; also for £20,000 to erect a college, and for ar. incroase of tho prcsont atotutory grant of £4OOO per annum, The committee said thoy folt it unfair that the Victoria College should get Jtßo,ooo for buildings, while thoy Imd to bo satisfied with tho present old structure.
