Herbert B, Hoighwuy, a postal messenger, was charged to-day beforo Mr Kcttlo, S.M., with stealing a postal picket containing valuable securities; and William Henry Johnson, a messenger, was charged with sooroting postal jackets on l-'ebruury JOlli and July Slat; whilecx'iuessengor William Morrow Taylor was charged with hiving received stamps of tho value of ten shillings, knowing them lo be dishonestly obtained. Tho Crown Solicitor secured a remand for a week to onablo a soarch warrant to ba executed and for further inquiries to be made, bail being withheld temporarily, '
