WANGANUI HORTICULTURAL SOCIETY, TTIS Excellency the Governor-General, Lord Jellicoe, will open the Rose, Carnation, and Sweet Pea Show in the Drill Hall at 12,30 p.m. on Friday, November 26 th. There are large sections for Pot Plants, Carnations, Roses, Sweet Peas, Cut Flowers, Decorative Work, Vegetables, and Fruit, for which over 250 prizes are to be awarded. The Judges will be:—Mr C. Goodson, Hawera; Mrs Goodall, Bulls; Mrs B. P. Lethbridge, Turakina; Mr Rasmussen; Mr W. T. Benefield, Senr. Flower Stalls, Produce Stalls, and Afternoon Teas have been arranged for.
