BETTER UNDERSTANDING DESIRED..
TOKIO, Nov. 21. Representatives of all political parties have formed an International Peace Association with the object of securing a better understanding with the United States. The Association intends to enlist religious and culture* leaders, who will visit the United States and -also issue publications tending towards the betterment of conditions between the two countries.
