All colours must be registered, or a fine of 1 sov will be imposed for every start. 4. The winner of any race after declaration of weights may be re-handi-I capped. I 5. The committee or stewards re- ! serve the right at any time to alter or curtail the subjoined programme, or i to abandon the meeting if they consider it advisable. They may also alter the order or dates of events, amount of entry' or acceptance fees, date of entries or acceptances, and dates upou which handicaps appear. 6.
