Received Nov. 1, 12.10 p.m. PARIS, Oct. 30.’ Le Matin’s Geneva correspondent says that the Greek Minister at Berne visited Paul in Lucerne and notified him that he had been called to ,the throne. Paul later communicated to the Minister a written reply refusing the throne, which, he' declared, his father had renounced, and to which Crown Prince George had a prior claim.
