LONDON, October 28. Opinion in authoritative British circles concerning the action of the Government in waiving the right to attach Gorman property in the United Kingdom is that there is nothing in it inconsistent with perfect loyalty to the Treaty of Versailles, and that it in nowise implies the revision or modification of the Treaty. The only effect of the renunciation will bo to free international commerce from restrictions and uncertaintics.
