FRENCH LABOUR SYMPATHY. Received Oct. 30, 12.10 p.m. PARIS, Oct. 29. The General Confederation of Labour and the Socialist Party have agreed on a campaign in favour of the Russian revolution. Mass meetings will be held in Paris and other towns on 20th November, and workers will be urged not to make or transport war materials and munitions for use against Russian revolutionaries.
