MEDICAL CONGRESS
Received Aug. 23, 12.10 p.m. BRISBANE, Aug. 28. The Medical Congress decided to found a College of Surgeons for Australia and New Zealand. The uniformity of surgical degrees by Australian Universities was also urged.
