FINDING OF THE JURY. Received—August 26. 10.20 a.m, SYDNEY. August 26. The coroner’s jury, in the inquiry into the Hurstviiic railway collision, found that the wrong signal had been piven through defective lighting of the tailway yard, also that the driver of the second train, who knew that the signal was irregular, should have notified the signalman before attempting to shunt. The jury expressed a further opinion that for safety the work of the Department was very lax.
