Received August 27, 10.30 a.m. LONDON, August 25. The Air Ministry is asking all exofficers of the Air Force, including two thousand colonials, to forward their addresses in order that their commissions may be sent them. Sir Thomas Mackenzie is representing the New Zealand Government unofficially at the Toronto Imperial Commerce Congress, and also representing England at the Chambers of Commerce Congress. He is leaving England on the 6th September. The International Finance Conference has been fixed to be held at Brussels on the 24th inst. WASHINGTON, August 26. Women’s suffrage has been formally proclaimed part of the United States constitution.
