Received August, 27, 11 a.m. LONDON, August 35. McSwir-ey has received the last sacrament. Constable Hangh was shot dead at Bantry and another constable killed at Mount Temple. Pour disguised men fired on three constables at Glengarriff, killing Constable McNamara and seriously injuring Constable Cleary. The County Councils of Donegal, Leirim and Dublin are withdrawing their funds from the banks, fearing confiscation by the Government because the Councils refuse to pay claims for Government and other property destroyed during the disturbances.
