fighting in progress. ROME, Aug. 25. Sporadic warfare has been in progress for sense time between Albanians and Servians, wherein the latter are reported to have been severely defeated and lost 2000 men and a number of guns. The Servian and Albanian Governments blame each other. An Albanian delegation in Rome protested to the Italian Government against the Servian invasion of Albania on a futile pretext, and asked Italy to put an end to the advance of Jugo-Slav troops and thereby save new Balkan troubles.
