Sporadic warfare has been in progress for sense time between Albanians and Servians, wherein the latter are reported to have been severely defeated and lost 2000 men and a number of guns. The Servian and Albanian Governments blame each other. An Albanian delegation in Rome protested to the Italian Government against the Servian invasion of Albania on a futile pretext, and asked Italy to put an end to the advance of Jugo-Slav troops and thereby save new Balkan troubles.
