RETURN TO WORK. (Per United Press Association.) WELLINGTON, August 25. The watersiders held a meeting this morning to consider whether they would accept an engagement to work the super, phosphate cargo in < the Japanese steamer. 'After a lengthy meeting, it was decided to take a ballot, which resulted in a vote for returning to work. The men will start on the wharves at 1 o’clock.
