The position of the sugar workers at Auckland remains unchanged, and the men have not yet been able to resume the work which was interrupted by the strike. The secretary of the Union stated yesterday that officials of the Colonial Sugar Refining Company had informed him that probably the works would not be ready to resume operations for some days.
