INVERCARGILL SITTINGS. (Per United Press Association.) INVERCARGILL, August 24. A Supreme Court session opened to-day before Mr Justice Sim. The Grand Jury found no bill in tho case of -William, and Norman Mclntosh, charged with rape on a married woman at Tokonui. Accused were discharged. The trial of Alexander Mitchell on a charge of carnal knowledge of a girl under 16, occupied most of the day apd was unfinished when the Court rose.
