The Committee issued to the end of July passage warrants to 13,000 applicants, number 65,000 souls, including ing to Canada. 25 per cent, to Australia, 15 pci cent, to New Zealand, and 5 per cent, to South Africa, Baiande. East Africa. Rhodesia, and other parted the Empire. Applications will not be accepted aft“r December.
