THE INDIAN POSTPONEMENT. Received Aug. 20, 9.10 a.m. DELHI, Aug. 18. The decision to postpone the Prince of Wales’ visit to India was expected. The agitator Gandhi has been openly advocating a boycott of his visit, as part of the Khalifat agitation. Without interfering so far, the Government is closely watching his campaign. Loyalists in India profoundly regret the postponement, but hope to welcome the Prince a year later.
