SUPREME COURT
AUCKLAND CRIMINAL SESSIONS. (Per United Press Association.) AUCKLAND, August 9. Judge Stringer, in his charge to the grand jury at the Supreme Court criminal sessions, said the list includes one charge of murder and one of an illegal operation, the former arising our of the death of Douglas Pliillipps at Mokau. It was a peculiar case. He commented on the large number of sexual cases.
