Your attention is directed to the sale advertised in our auction columns today wherein John Coull gives particulars of the sale he is holding at his rooms, 116 Ridgway Street, on behalf of various vendors to-morrow (Tuesday), at 1 p.m. sharp. Tho shares are for absolute sale to wind up deceased estates. Full particulars may bo obtained from the auctioneers. AUCTION SALE OF KAI IWI BEACH SECTIONS. Messrs C. L. Dnigau and Coy. will sell by public auction on Wednesday next at 2.30 p.m. two splendid sections in the Kai Iwi Beach township. The sections are situate near the new bawling green in Eimu Street (tbe main road to the beach). The sections will be sold in one lot, and as they comprise the choicest sections in the subdivision, there should be keen compel tition.
