BRITISH MANDATES

FORMER GERMAN TERRITORIES IN PACIFIC. Received Julv 2, 2 p.m. LONDON, July 1. Replying to a question, Mr Bonar - lyjr, said the mandates regarding former territories in Africa and the 9 Pacific were being drafted for consideration by the Supreme Council. He hoped the mandates would be approved at the Spa Conference, and submitted to tho League of Nations shortly after.
