THE PENROSE CASE
VERDICT OF NOT’ GUILTY, ■ (Per United Press* Association.) AUCKLAND, July 3.. On the second trial of Alfred Thomas Dare on a charge of the manslaughter of A. J. Horton at Penrose on January 26th, the jury returned a verdict of not guilty.
