STRIPPED AND WHIPPED
FRAULEIN WHO FRATERNISED.
LONDON, April 30. An unconfirmed report from Frankfort states that a gang 1 seized a German girl who was charged with having fraternised with a French officer.
The girl’s hair was clipped, and she was then stripped and flogged with a horsewhip. Other girls were treated in a similar manner.
