"'te Kcmpton, only daughter of Mrs 01i\- Kcmpton, of Morrison’s Bush, Greytoi. to Mr Stephen Robert Veitch, eldest son * , Mr W. A. Veitch, M.P.. of Wanganui, / which was celebrated at the Methodist arch, Groytown, on Wednesday. The n&te, who was given away by her mother, was attired in a gown of handembroidered ivory crepe de chine and tulle veil arranged cap fashion, with a wreath of myrtle and orange blossoms. She carried a sheaf of lilies and fern, tied with tulle streamers. The chief bridesmaid was Miss Pbocbe Bailey, of Palmerston North, who wore a frock of cream crepe de chine, handembroidered, and hat of pale pink, and carried a bouquet of pale pink sweetpeas. The second bridesmaid was Miss Bruce Veitch (sister of the bridegroom), who wore white embroidered voile and a "dale blue hat, and carried a bouquet of pale blue Sowers. Two little flower girls, Misses Loeta and Naomi Hodge, also attended the bride, one in white satin and eoiienne, and the other in pale bine satin and georgette, with hat to match.
