HUNGARIAN ELECTIONS.

TRIUMPH FOR MONARCHISTS. CHARGES OP CORRUPTION. Australian and N.Z. Cable Association Received January 31, 12.30 p.m. ROME, Jan. 29. Milan messages state that the elections for the Hungarian Constituent Assembly resulted in a great majority for Monarchists. The Socialists demand that the Entente should declare the elections null and void on the ground that the Hungarian Government everywhere interfered with the elections by means of censorship, and the Socialists accordingly abstained from voting. They allege that the Government arrested all Democratic candidates likely to be elected. The voters were not even allowed to discuss whether a Republican or Monarchial Government was desirable.
