Australian and N.Z. Cable Association. BERLIN, January 20. The following have been appointed Charge d’Affaires, and will later become Ambassadors: London, Senator Stahmer; Paris, ex-Treasurer Meyer; Brussels, ex-Minister Landsberg; Tokio, exMinister Dr. Solf. The Tokio appointment indicates Germany’s Pacific Ocean policy, and perhaps provides a key to future world policy.
