THE EX KAISER.

LONDON, December 8. The Times’ correspondent states that the ex-Kaiser still remains at Amerongen, sunk in lethargy. He does not believe that he will be tried, and refuses to prepare his defence. He disregards friendly advice to hand himself over to the Allies and to give them all the information in his power. Ho continues to fell trees like an automatic wood-chopper, and is fretting because he is unable to eject tenants who occupy his new house at Doom. t .
