PEACE TREATY.

AMERICA’S ATTITUDE. Australian and N.Z. Cable Association, WASHINGTON, November 10. The Senate refused te replace in Article Ten of the Peace Treaty a reservation keening out the United States, and rejected an amendment under which, the United States shall not be bound by Article Ten. VANCOUVER, November 8. The United States Senate adopted a reservation providing that in the event of America desiring to withdraw from the League of Nations she will be the sole judge whether her delegations under the covenant have been fulfilled.
