BOLSHEVIST PLOT.

TO OVERTHROW U.S< GOVERNMENT. 600 ARRESTS BY POLICE. Australian and N.Z. Cable Association. VANCOUVER, November 10. The United States Department of Justice states that a Union of Russian Workers has been organised by William Szatow, chief of police at Petrograd, for a revolution and the overthrow of the United States Government. The Union has 60 “locals” and 70,000 active members, all pledged to overthrow the Government. The last convention was held in New York on January 10th. Propaganda is carried on in every part of America through newspapers and paid agitators. A Newark (New Jersey) Federal raiders captured a complete counterfeiting plant with which it was planned to manufacture money for the Bolshevik regime. ' Bundles of bank notes ready for circulation were secured. The latest haul of union members includes 600 men and women, who were taken with red flags, revolvers, and tons of pamphlets. All those arrested are to be deported. UNDESIRABLES TO BE DEPORTED. WASHINGTON, November 11. It is announced that the, Department of Justice will urge the deportation of all Radicals seized throughout the nation. Judge Palmer, in a statement, said: “This is the first big step to rid the country of these foreign troublemakers. Other raids will be made.” TROUBLESOME WIZIRIS. A WARNING. Australian and N.Z. Cable Association, ALLAHABAD, November 10. General Climo presented the British terms to the Waziris on teh 9th at Dardoni. Thirteen aeroplanes circled overhead during the proceedings. The Waziris were given eight days to consider the terms, reply to which must be presented at Datta Kled. The post is at present unoccupied by us, and it means that our forces will have to march to Datta Khed between now and the 17th. This move has considerably disconcerted the W aziris, as the post is of strategic importance. During the last few days aeroplanes have been dropping leaflets over Tochi, advising the tribesmen to remove the women and children.
