THE TOWER FOB HIM. . arrangements foe the trial Australian and N.Z. Cable Association. Received July ‘2.45 p.m, LONDON. July 4. If surrendered, the ex-Kaiser will be detained in the Tower. Lord Stunner will be the presiding judge of the tribunal. The trial wilt be public. A German counsel will defend the Kaiser il so desired, and Mr Gordon Hewart, K.C., will be the prosecuting counsel.
