ANOTHER OF GERMANY’S LOST CHANCES.
Australian and N.Z. Cable Association. Received Julv 5, 9.15 a.m. LONDON, July 4. Admiral Scheer (German commander at Jutland) proposed a great descent upon the English coast, which is stated to have been just stopped by the armistice. The proposed raid was widely known beforehand in British official and other quarters.
