DOMINION WINTER SHOW.
The outstanding feature of this year's Dominion Winter Show, which opens at Hawera on Tuesday, July Ist, will be one that should appeal to all, viz., the Public Schools Section, which has been widened in scope and increased in interest with the addition .of any classes that will afford scope for ©very pupil of al] standards. It is to be hoped that all teachers will do their best to assist so good a' work by encouraging their pupils to submit entries. The schedule, which has been circulated, and further copies of which will be posted on application. will show the scope of the section. Excellent special prizes and handsome challenge shields are allotted for various classes. These should be good enough to evoke the keenest competition. Particulars, if more are required, may be secured from the secretary, L. 0. Hooker, P.O. Box 79, Hawera, by whom schedules also will be sent. Entries for general sections all close on Saturday, June 14th.
