BRITISH ARMY BILL.

(Renter Services.) Received April 10, 9.3 oa.m. LONDON, April 9. The New Army Bill provides that members of the Imperial Forces who enlisted in the Dominions and were sentenced to penal servitude need not serve their sentence in the United Kingdom as hitherto provided, but in their own Dominion.
