RUSSIAN SITUATION.
AMERICAN MISSION’S RETURN. Australian and N.Z. Cable Association NEW YORK, April 9. The New York World’s Paris correspondent states: The American Mission to Russia has returned. Although, members have been instructed not to talk to newspaper men, I learn authoritatively that they found the conditions in Moscow better than previously reported. Trains are running regularly between Moscow and Petrograd. THE “BIG FOUR’’ AND THE BOLSHEVIKS. NEW YORK, April 9. The “Big Four” are considering the Russian situation. The tendency is to treat with the Bolsheviks. The correspondent adds; 111-health compelled M. Clemeuceau to return home from the Conference with President Wilson after a few minutes. It also prevented him having a conference with Mr Lloyd George the same day. SOVIETS CAPTURE ODESSA. PARIS, April 9. An unofficial wireless from Moscow reports that the Ukrainian Soviet troops have captured Odessa.
