DOMINION AFFAIRS.
STATEMENT BY MR BALFOUR. Australian and N.Z Cable Association LONDON, March 31. In the House of Commons, Mr Bonar Law said the Government would consult the Dominion Prime Ministers before their departure regarding the time and method of carrying out the resolution of the Imperial Conference recommending a special Imperial Conference to readjust constitutional representation of the various parts of the Empire. The Allies had not yet fixed the indemnities. The House of Commons will discuss the subject on Thursday.
