CRICKET
AUCKLAND v. WELLINGTON. (Per United Press Association.) WELLINGTON, February 28. A cricket match, Auckland v. Wellington, commenced to-day on the Basin Reserve, in ideal weather. Auckland won the toss and batted, ’the first wicket fell with the score at 68, Horspool being l.b.w. to Patrick, his total being 28.
