ARMISTICE TERMS.

LIKELY TO BE MOST DRASTIC. Australian and N.Z. Cable Association PARIS, February 36. There is no essential difference bejtween Britain, America and France regarding 1 the left bank of the Rhine, which will be the next subject for consideration by the Conference. France does not ask for complete possession of the whole territory on the left bank, but the portion to which she is entitled, and the disarmament of the remainder. Britain is willing to maintain a sufficient force for effective help if an attack threatens France. Britain a-lso desires Germany's general disarmament. Foch's report on the final armistice terms, which, will probably be most drastic, is expected next week.
