RETURNED SOLDIERS’ APPEAL.
Hie Returned Soldiers’ appeal to their many friends to assist them in catering for the Group 6 Rifle Meeting' to be held jiext Friday and Saturday. Anyone so desiring' to assist may do so by sending in meat cooked or uncooked, lettuces, tomatoes, cucumbers, bread, butter, cakes, etc., to provide luncheon for the (ompetitnrs. the proceeds to go to the New Club Fund. Donations will be gratefully accepted. Please send same to the Soldiers’ C'lnb not later than Thursday evening next. The committee will be pleased to acknowledge same through the Press.
