PERSONAL

Mr J. Hepworth, herbalist of Palmerston and late of Wanganui, is spending a few days in Wanganui. Today he celebrated his 80th birthday, and is still hale and hearty. Mr Justice Edwards, who is recuperating in Sydney, has been granted further leave of absence as the state of his health makes il inadvisable for him to return at the time originally arranged, the end of October.
