TO THE EDITOE. , Sir,—Be Mt. Greenland Gold Quartz Mining Company, Ltd. In regard to my letter published in yours of the 22nd inet., the words: "There are eo'ine matters about the management of the mine •which I, in common with many other •shareholders, would like the directors to explain." There was no thought in my mind beyond expressing a difference of opinion respecting the policy of the directors. My difference of opinion really amounted to my taking exception to their policy, which in my judgment was over cautious.
