SHAMEFUL GERMAN METHODS.
FURTHER REVELATIONS. (Renter's Telegram.) Received September 25, 12.5 p.m. WASHINGTON, September 24. Mr Lansing has revealed another shameful abuse by German diplomats. When the United States Minister at Bucharest took charge of German interests following the Roumanian declaration of war a number of cases, x which had been sealed, were placed in his care. On the United entry into ithe war, they were examined and \ound td contain high explosives, and cultures of anthrax and / glanders, with instructions for the use of the latter on cattle.
