MONITOR SHELLS OSTEND.
(Australian and N.Z. Cable Services.) LONDON, September 23. Wireless German official.—An English monitor bombarded Ostend. It struck the cathedral and killed seven people and wounded twenty-four. Belgian coastal batteries drove the monitor off.
